Ignite your child’s love of performing at the Peploe Williams Academy – the Best Kept Secret in Performing Arts
A wealth of performing experience is hidden in the Buckinghamshire countryside. An Academy where children and young people can grow their love of dance, singing and acting, across a wide range of classes and genres – and some are trained for their dream careers in the performing arts.
It’s no secret that performing can be a huge boost to confidence and self esteem. Whether your child is pursuing their dream, or simply puts their heart and soul into their favourite hobby, you want to know that you’re sending them to experts: people who impart the very best of their extensive knowledge, background and skills to teach them, and bring out all of the potential within them. At Peploe Williams Academy of Theatre, Dance, Film and TV, we begin to foster a passion for performing from the age of 3, with individual classes, and all-round performer packages.
If you want excellence for your child, then Peploe Williams Academy is the place to find it. For 20 years, we have offered it in every aspect of our teaching, our team, and our passion for the performing arts; and we know the commitment it takes to be the very best you can be.
Our Director, Emma Peploe-Williams, knows excellence. She spent 10 years at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, London, where she worked her way up to the managerial position of Dance Captain and Resident Director – after a rich performance career in the West End. Cameron Macintosh, Craig Revel Horwood, Stephen Brooker (Music Director of the 2012 film Les Misérables), Maggie Goodwin and Matt Ryan are just a few of the incredible talents she knows and has worked alongside – as well as the close relationships she has with top Directors, Producers, and Musical Directors in London.
Emma knows excellence, and she appoints excellence. Our team of dance, singing, acting and musical theatre instructors holds a wealth of experience, in a wide variety of fields – stage, screen, television, and live performing arts events.
We know that training your body and mind to be the best has to start young. At Peploe Williams, Our dance programme for younger children is broad and comprehensive, offering a range of options which allow your child to explore their talents, and cultivate their love of the performing arts.
Our pre-school age classes are particularly special – designed to take that little spark of passion for performing, and nurture it into a flame of enthusiasm for ballet, tap, street dance and musical theatre. Ages 4-5 can enrol in our Super Sparklers Ballet, Dapper Tappers, Little Groovers Street Dance, and Little Voices Musical Theatre – one of them, some of them, or all of them as and all-round performing arts package, at a discounted rate.
Twinkle Toes Baby Ballet, Tippy Toes Tap and Tots Groovers Street Dance are all for our littlest students, age 3-4.
You can choose the one class that’s right for them, or opt for our Performers Plan package – a full programme of all classes, again at a discounted rate.
Our older age groups add modern to the list, as well as singing and acting – and classes can also be taken all together as an all-round performing arts package.
We are lucky to have some of the most wonderful parents, who have had these lovely things to say:
Simon: We have been over the moon with progress of both children, particularly our son who really needed to develop his confidence and ability to express himself. Having just attended his second adjudication with the academy, it was overwhelming to see how far he has come in just one year. Both children love their teachers and have also made lots of new friends. Thank you to Emma and the team.
Ian: I have no hesitation in recommending this school to any prospective parents, I’ve witnessed the hugely positive impact the professional teaching has had on my daughters. Not only developing their skills in musical theatre and dance, but also giving them the confidence and attitude to excel in so many areas of life. This school has produced many extremely talented young performers, much credit must go to Emma and her team for the professional and positive teaching environment they have created, a huge well done and thank you.
So whether your child is training for their career in the Performing Arts, or giving their favourite hobby everything they’ve got – Peploe Williams Academy promises a commitment of excellence to your child, in return for the love and passion they’re putting into theirs.
